Welcome to our beautiful home! Newly renovated and fully equipped for you to enjoy! Check yourself in with Private Keypad and have the whole house for yourself with family and friends. Sparkling clean 4 Beds/2 Baths private home less than a mile away from the MIA Airport, Rail Station, Casino, Marlins Park and Water Park. Everything else is about 5-15 mins away, South Beach, Coral Gables, Downtown Brickell.

The space

The house has a beautiful layout, it feels spacious and clean. Inside the home, we have 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The home accommodates two families with privacy on different sides of the house or you can have adults all in one side and the kids on the other for added privacy.

The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. There is also a kids/game room with its game console, a sofa bed and a SmartTV. Now we offer a nice selection of channels via YouTubeTV So you can enjoy your favorite shows from the comfort of your room. Each room has its own flat SmartTV screen.

Outside, there is a nice patio area on one side of the house and the back yard. Private, cozy and quiet. Perfect to relax and have some wine after a busy day.

Guest access

Access to the entire house, from parking gate with space for up to two cars inside and plenty of parking off the street, open space with living room/dining combination, kitchen game/media room and beautiful back yard where your just chill with your family and friends.

– Boat and Yacht Rental. (subject to availability) Maximum 10 guests for Boat and 6 guests for luxury yacht with licensed captain.
– Rates for full day/half a day and 3 hours sunset cruising on the luxury yacht
